"Order Processing Speed Was Solid; Product Variation from Last Year"
The speed and service for processing my order were solid. I didn’t get any heads-up about when the shipment was processed or sent out. A little notice would’ve been appreciated.
As for the product, the 6' white aluminum flag pole we received was not what our school had ordered; it’s quite a bit heavier.

"Excellent product quality"
The quality of this product is top-notch. One of my items arrived super fast. I did have to be patient for the rifles, longer than I typically expect, but I get that many companies are dealing with supply chain and staffing challenges.

"In a Jam"
So, I ordered some boots for my daughter, but they forgot to include the apartment number on my order. As a result, the boots got sent back. I reached out to the company, and they quickly re-sent the boots, which arrived in just two days for her show. It was a tight situation, but they really came through. Big thanks to Band Shoppe!

The shirt arrived and fits my daughter perfectly. I really appreciate the expanding neck button and that it can be washed and dried at home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

I placed an order and paid for quicker shipping, thinking two weeks would be enough time. Now, I’m hearing that the cord is backordered, and I really need it by next week. I only found this out because I called to follow up on my order from more than a week back.
